To access the full features of BDG Bet, you must register an account using a valid active Indian mobile number. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on BDG Bet. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all accounts associated with the same individual.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials — including your password and all OTP codes received on your registered mobile number. You agree to take all reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access to your account and to keep your BDG Bet login details private at all times.

All information you provide during registration must be accurate, current, and truthful. Providing false or misleading information may result in permanent account closure without refund of any wallet balance.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security issue, contact BDG Bet support immediately through the in-app support channel or the official contact page. BDG Bet is not responsible for losses that result from unauthorized access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security practices.

Deposits into your BDG Bet wallet are processed through secure third-party payment gateways supporting Indian payment methods — including UPI, net banking, digital wallets, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. All deposits are subject to the minimum and maximum limits specified on the platform at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the payment method you have designated and verified on your account. You may only withdraw to a payment method registered in your own name. Transfers to third-party accounts or unverified payment details are not permitted.

• Official distribution only: All genuine BDG Bet gift codes are distributed free of charge through official BDG Bet promotional events, official social media channels (YouTube, Instagram, Telegram), and as part of the official referral program. Any gift code obtained from a third-party seller, paid source, or unofficial channel is considered invalid and will not be accepted by the platform.

In all circumstances, BDG Bet's total liability to any user shall not exceed the total amount that user deposited into their BDG Bet wallet in the 30 days immediately preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless BDG Bet and its team, affiliates, and service providers from and against all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses — including reasonable legal fees — that arise from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, your violation of applicable law, your infringement of any third-party rights, or any fraudulent activity including fake gift code distribution or unauthorized referral scheme manipulation.

This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your account and discontinuation of your use of the platform.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by any court or competent authority under applicable law, that provision will be severed or limited to the minimum extent necessary. All remaining provisions will continue to be valid, binding, and fully enforceable as if the removed provision had never been included.

BDG Bet reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. When significant changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed about updates. Gift code terms, referral program terms, and payment limits may be updated independently from the main Terms with immediate effect.

BDG Bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Fraudulent activity — including payment fraud, identity fraud, game manipulation, or fake gift code distribution.
• Artificial inflation of referral earnings through self-referrals or coordinated fake account creation.
• Creating multiple accounts under the same individual identity.
• Discovery that a user is under 18 years of age.
• Use of the platform from a region where online betting is legally prohibited.
• Any activity that disrupts normal platform operation or negatively affects other users' experience.
• Failure to provide identity verification documentation when lawfully requested.

You may close your account voluntarily at any time by contacting BDG Bet support through the in-app support channel or the official contact page. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining wallet balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your designated payment method, subject to all outstanding verification requirements.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts located in India.
